Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:

Our goal at ASD Fitness is to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with our products, service and shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location. This includes the cost of freight on items shipped TO you even if the item was marked "Free Shipping".

Please contact us at 877-338-4096 or email us at contacts@asdfitness.com so that we can issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returned items must be in NEW condition and packed in their original carton in order to be accepted. Items returned which do not meet these guidelines may be subject to refusal. Some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please feel free to contact customer service for more information.

Of course if you received the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective, there will be no cost to our customers for returns or replacements.
